TATTOO BOOKING POLICY

 

ALL BOOKINGS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

 

To secure a design/appointment a non refundable booking fee is required.

 

This will be deducted from the remaining balance. 

This payment, is to secure the design and date discussed.

 

The remaining balance is to be paid on the day (cash prefered).

 

All booking fees are non refundable in all circumstances.

 

If you would like to change the date of your booking, this can be done once, a minimum of 5 days notice is required, 

to do this an additional deposit is required, which will again be deducted from the remaining balance.

 

If you would like to change the design, this is at the discretion of the artist you are booked in with, please contact them directly to discuss any design changes. 

 

if you do not give at least 5 days notice, we will not be able to change the date or design and your deposit will be forfeited.

If you are going to be late to your appointment please let us know as soon as possible.

 

If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes after your appointment time, your appointment and deposit will be forfeited.

  

If you are unable to carry out the whole tattoo (tap out) , and require an additional appointment, there will be an additional payment to be made to secure another date to finish the tattoo.

 

although we try, at busy times we cannot guarantee to have space to accommodate guests in the studio, please where possible attend your appointment alone.
